If the customer is not satisfied with the merchandise purchased online, for any reason, they must contact us for return authorization instructions within 7 DAYS of the delivery of their online purchase. Tramadie does not exchange products. In case of any problem regarding size or defect, you will receive the refund to purchase a new product in our site or refund of the amount.
If the purchase was made by credit card, we follow the policy of the credit card refund.
The customer is required to pay all return-freight charges, except in the instance of damage that occurred during shipment or in case of defect in the product by error or any mistake made by the company.
The refund of the original purchase will be for the amount of the merchandise only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded except in the case of product damage that occurred during shipment.
A refund or exchange will be issued only AFTER the merchandise is received by the store. All returned merchandise MUST contain the original contents of the shipment including any related documentation.
Sorry, no exceptions can be offered.
Note: the store will not refund any product that was used, damaged by the customer. Every product will be inspected before the refund be approved.
