Purchasing from tramadie.com is super easy: - Browse our products to see what inspires you; - If you already know what you are looking for, use the navigation bar or search bar to find it; - Once you've found the right product, select the size and quantity, and click the "add to cart" button. - To proceed with the purchase, click "checkout", then add shipping and payment details to complete the order. - If you already have a Tramadie account, you can log in and checkout faster.

When accessing your account on the Tramadie website, enter "My Orders", and click on PRODUCT DETAILS, STATUS OF MY ORDER. Order updates are sent to your e-mail. You can also contact us via e-mail or WhatsApp.

Deliveries will be made within a maximum (10) ten business days from the date of the order. the products will be delivered only on business days. the deadline may vary depending on the region and will appear when you choose the shipping option.

The rate changes depending on the product and the delivery address. it will be informed during your purchase before confirming your order. the shipping costs applied by the carrier will be detailed at the time you choose the shipment option. *The shipping cost may vary during promotional seasons.
